Before you Refer
- Patients Must be at least 6 years of age
- Please see our list of accepted insurance below
- Parent/Gaurdian Consent has been obtained for minors
- Patients with confirmed or suspected Dementia or Alzheimer's are outside our acuity level
- We do not see patients with ongoing active substance abuse/use
- Our practice does NOT diagnosis ASD
- Our practice does NOT offer stand alone talk therapy we are primarily medication management
- Our practice does NOT offer step down care for patients leaving in-patient facilities
